How often are load and truck postings updated?
Information on TruckBuzz is updated in real-time 24 hours a day. Members can login to post loads or trucks, and the postings are made instantly. Postings can also be deleted or updated just as easily. Expired postings are deleted automatically from the database.
Are there any charges or hidden costs?
There are no charges or hidden fees. Membership is FREE and offers unlimited use. You can search and post as often as you like.
What if I move a load and the broker doesn't pay me?
Please call (800) 209-2433 and speak with a customer service representative if you found the load on TruckBuzz. We can prevent the broker or shipper from using our service.
What are the abbreviations for different trailer types?

What if I forget my login information?
Members can retrieve login information by email or call (800) 209-2433 for help.
Why do I have problems logging in?
The most common reason members are unable to login is because they enter the wrong username and password. Quite often, they try to use login information for another load board.
I entered the correct username and password, but I can't login?
Why do I keep getting logged off throughout the day?
The most common reason members get logged off is because there has been no activity for 60 minutes. Our servers do this for security reasons. It may also be because someone else is logging in with your username and password. If your TruckBuzz account is not configured to support multiple users, the new user session causes you to be logged off automatically. Please call and have us configure your account for multiple users if needed.
Can several people in my office use the same account?
We can setup your account for multiple users, so everone can login and use TruckBuzz simultaneously at no additional charge. Accounts are not configured for multiple users by default, so you must call (800) 209-2433 and speak with a customer service representative.
Can several of my company's offices use the same account?
Each company office must setup and maintain its own account because contact information may be different.
How do I change my account information?
If your phone numbers, address or email address has changed, please call and speak with a customer service representative. They can also change your username and password if needed.
What browser should I use?
Although it's not necessary, we recommend using the latest browser available to download from Microsoft or Netscape. Because our site uses frames, you must use at least version 3.0 of Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. AOL users should have no problems.
Can AOL users use the service?
Many of our members use America Online, and there should be no problems.
If I don't use my account, does it get canceled automatically?
No, we do not cancel your account just because you may not login to use it.
